With more than 20 years creative industry experience in graphic design and photography to look back on, I’ve made a name for myself as an award-winning wedding and portrait photographer with a genuine love of my craft.

Life hasn’t necessarily been smooth sailing for me.

I’ve had to overcome personal challenges that impacted my outlook on life - in a big way.

Those experiences have only made me stronger and more determined to help my clients turn priceless moments into memories that they can hold onto forever - no matter what.

For me, there is nothing more precious than preserving someone’s smile or deep motherly love in the

perfect shot.

Many of the families I’ve worked with have embraced me as one of their own and trust me to document their milestones as the family

grows and flourishes.

If Sarah is unavailable for your wedding date, I will step up as the primary photographer assisted by a second photographer from our extraordinary talent pool.

I’m a Kiwi at heart but have fallen in love with the Sydney way of life. I moved across the ditch in 2009 and plan to stay.

Sarah and I first met on the job and have been making the perfect team ever since. We’ve captured hundreds of weddings together which often makes us preempt each other’s moves. We often break out in the same, slightly strange light-appreciation noises at exactly the same time. That’s what tends to happen when you’ve been hanging out too much.

Photographing weddings is like showing up to a different work place each day and simply going with the flow. You can’t get too caught up on planning. I love to let the couples guide the way I shoot their wedding rather than making them fit in with my style. They inspire me and open up new perspectives on things. That’s why I love what I do, even after 11 years living and breathing wedding photography.

My creative approach to a wedding and my refreshing sense of humour make me

one of our popular

second photographers.

When I was little, my mum would give me disposable cameras to explore with. Little did she realise that she would spark a lifelong love of photography in me.

I eventually started learning the tools of the trade when I was 16 years old and experimented with taking snaps of my mates in the surf. It wasn’t long before I moved from documenting sport to travel and eventually ended up falling in love with wedding photography.

On my days off you can find me in the ocean. I also love skateboarding and happily ignore that I might be slightly too old for it.

Working with Sarah is like hanging out with a friend

and I feel blessed to play a small part in capturing

lifelong memories.

Over the past 20 years as a professional photographer, I have continuously challenged myself and my creative processes by entering (and winning) countless competitions. I’m also a contributing member to the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP).

Choosing an accredited professional gives you peace of mind that your photographer has the proven skills to capture high quality photos when it matters most. Every AIPP accredited photographer has to complete the stringent AIPP accreditation process to call themselves a ‘professional’. They also have to tick all the boxes when it comes to legal business requirements, insurance and working within the AIPP Code of Professional Practice.
